Huawei Mate 30 Pro renders surfaces online with circular camera module

Huawei’s trade ban was lifted earlier this week, now the company can continue to use Android in their new smartphones as well. With this news, Huawei also announced the official list of smartphones which will get the Android Q update. Amidst this rumours/leaks of Huawei’s new smartphone, the Huawei Mate 30 pro surfaced online. The new Huawei smartphone is spotted with a circular camera module.

Huawei Mate 30 Pro circular camera module will sport similar lens as Huawei P30 Pro. While there will an upgrade in processor and phones design.

Specifications

Rumours to be believed it will be Huawei Mate 30 pro will sport a Punch Hole display but unlike other smartphones launched by the company this year, this will sport an AMOLED display with a punch hole. The phone will sport a 6.71-inch Super AMOLED panel with 1440p resolution. Also packing in a Fingerprint sensor beneath the display.

Under the hood, the company’s Homegrown Hisilicon Kirin 985 chipset. Company is yet to unveil the new chipset but this is the time of the year company unveils the processor and is later announced brought in the mate series of the company.

On the Camera front, the smartphone is expected to pack a similar camera set up as the p30 pro while keeping the same Leica lenses. The smartphone will bring 5x Optical zoom to the table and 10x Hybrid zoom. While the punch-hole is expected to have either a dual camera pill setup as Galaxy s10 plus or may pack a 48mp Sony IMX586. Making the camera outperform other smartphones in the market.

Availability

Huawei’s second flagship of the year is expected to launch in the month of October in China while there have been speculations of September launch scheduled near Apple’s launch event. In India, the smartphone will arrive late in December keeping the sale of the Huawei P30 pro alive.
