The LG V30 is real and will be announced on August 31st
IFA is the europe’s biggest tech summit with important devices launching and various noteworthy announcements all made in IFA. The event officially kicks off from September 1st. This will put V30 first on the list of the IFA’s announcements and proves the earlier speculation of the device launching on August 31st and going on pre-sale just after.
As per the specifications the phone is expected with a 6 inch rounded display with a 18:9 resolution just like the G6. Also it will pack the Snapdragon 835 and a 3,200 mAh battery. Along with all this the device is expected to have a slider ticker to replace the secondary screen as called by LG from its previous iterations namely the V10, V20. We also know that the fingerprint sensor will be rear mounted and there will be dual camera as LG quoted:
This is a step-by-step slogan in prepping for cinematography, letting you know that the LG V30 is equipped with high-performance image capture.
Proving LG will be betting the V30 on the camera more than anything. The V30 looks to be LG’s true flagship for the latter half of 2017. LG also said that the launch event will be streamed live at 9:05am CET (4:05am EST) over FaceBook and YouTube.
