Kevin Feige : X-Men and more Fox movies may start developing in 2019

Disney’s ownership of Fox is to thank, for, Marvel might start developing movies on X-Men, Fantastic Four and more. Marvel intends to bring these characters into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, alongside the Avengers and Guardians of The Galaxy and more.

Fiege was doing an interview with Variety for their Playback podcast, where he was asked whether they have the green-light to start working on these movies, Fiege answered with,  “No, not yet, but we’ve been told it’s looking very, very good and could happen in the first six months of next year. The notion of the characters that had previously been under a Fox agreement coming back is great. It’s nice when a company that created all these characters can have access to all those characters. It’s unusual not to. Marvel’s been in a unique position to not have access to those characters for a long time. But in terms of actually thinking about it and actually planning things, we haven’t started that yet.”

We may see our beloved characters teaming up with the Marvel Cinematic Universe or they might get standalone movies, till 2021. Which ever it might be, we know we want it.
