Moto G6 arrives in India with Dual camera and Bezel-less display
Motorola, now a Lenovo owned smartphone brand. Has always kept market frenzy with its new mobile launches every now and then. G-series is one of the well-received series from the smartphone maker. From the Moto G1 to G5 the phones are always good for the buck. This year company unveils the new Moto G6 Plus, Moto G6 Play and Standard Moto G6 in India.
The Moto G-series smartphones were launched in Brazil back in April this year, India gets it in June still sooner than many others.
Moto G6 Plus sports a 5.93-inch FHD+ display with a resolution of 1080×2160 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18:9. Under the hood, The smartphone will feature a Snapdragon 636 SoC paired with 4/6 GB RAM options. In terms of optics, the smartphone will feature a Dual-camera setup with 12-megapixel and 5-megapixel cameras at the rear. A selfie camera of 16mp.
The mid-tier Moto G6 is about to have a slightly smaller 5.7-inch HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. Under the hood, the smartphone is expected to house a Snapdragon 450 SOC. In the camera department, the smartphone has a Dual-camera setup similar to the Plus edition.
The Above Two features a Front mounted fingerprint Sensor at the bottom of the 18:9 aspect ratio display.
The Play Edition is expected to sport a 5.7-inch HD+ (720×1440 pixels) IPS display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC, 3GB of RAM, 32GB inbuilt storage, and a 4000mAh battery. In the camera department, the smartphone might get a single 13-megapixel rear sensor and an 8-megapixel selfie sensor. Also, the phone features a rear-mounted fingerprint Scanner.
All the above mentioned Moto G6’s have Fast charging support on Micro USB on Play and USB type C on Plus and standard edition with Facial recognition and comes with Android 8.0 out of the box.
Price and Availablity
The Moto G6 and Moto G6 play edition are Flipkart exclusive, available in Black and Silver Colours. The Play edition is priced around Rs 7000-9000, whereas the standard edition is priced around 11000-13000 and the premium plus edition is priced at Rs 15000-18000.
Motorola brings a quality design with powerful specs at an affordable price which would be hard for other firms to deal with it.
